I was, actually, expecting a way warmer summer but it did not happen, not at where I live. After a very brutal winter, it would have been more fun, I think. Well, why I am talking about this is that the summer is almost over, autumn is at the gate, enjoy the last bits of your summer fashion dresses and stuff for this year. And while you are about to get your closet ready for autumn and winter, I am starting to help you for that with my new posts. Either to inspire you for your own do-it-yourself project or upcycling project with the pictures of my own projects and the descriptions for sure, or if you simply want to buy a unique dress, accessory etc. here I am to help you with that, as well. So, let us get going to see today’s upcycling old clothing project.

Womens plus size linen tunic dress, how to upcycle old clothing

This is my upcycled design of a plus size – fits 14- 16 tunic – dress; would look fabulous with tights or skinny jeans for fall, winter or spring time. The dress is made of linen, and hand dyed in lighter brown color with a tint of strawberry. I made this cute 5 rows of different ruffles on a front for more feminine look; zoom in to take a look closer. The dress is very comfortable and free; have buttons closure on the back. Do not forget to check out the exact measurements below, please.
