Hi there, everybody, my dear followers. I will, again, share two beautiful dresses today, which would mean two beautiful DIY sewing projects. What should you do with your old dresses? Well, you can turn them into useful projects and beautiful dresses-costumes eventually.

This is a Vintage Gatsby design dress remake ! The hunter green color will look gorgeous with any skin complexion , especially will look stunning with redheads! The size marked 12 , originally this 1980s dress had a long sleeves that I removed and made a long sash that tights up on the side for Gatsby era look. The top is made with transparent embroidered textured lace .I finished the Sleeves opening with matching green ribbon . The back of the dress has a long zipper . I made this beautiful rosette pin ( flower does come with the dress) to offset the green color with deep purple.

Bust (armpit to armpit): 20 inches
Waist (laying flat): 17 and a half inches
Hips (laying flat): Free up to 22 inches
Length (from shoulders to hem): 52 inches
I made this dress with 1980s low waist fully lined and lace covered vintage dress. Originally this dress was Hot pink , so I hand dyed it into dusty rose color to tone down crazy pink color – and that made a huge difference ! The dress has a zipper on the back . The sash is attached to the dress and has a Rhine stone square buckle on the size for more glam ! Very beautiful and unique remake ! Size marked 10 , but please double check your measurements.
