This is a vintage up-cycled polka dot summer dress. In an excellent condition , this dress is a must have ! It has a Very sweet and feminine look to it .I up cycled this cutie by adding a cotton lace on the bottom of the round layered skirt and by making a very cute lace collar with a small bow on the front . The dress has a nice wide belt and stretchy waist for more comfortable wear. Marked size, 8, made in USA. Double check your measurements please knowing that this dress in a vintage find sizes may be off with nowadays . Convo me in case of any questions.
