Hello, My Dear Followers and Regular Guests. First of all, I am sorry to having been disappeared for quite some time already. Those who follow my work regular should have noticed that I have not been updating my blog for several months. But it’s over now! I am back and I am back with a sample of my highly appreciated The Great Gatsby style dresses. I will keep telling about how I create my dresses and for some people, it might sound too short to understand anything. If so, please leave a feedback asking for more details and I will respond to them at first chance.

Custom made womens dresses, 1920s The Great Gatsby black dress

You are viewing my Gatsby dress that I designed from an originally 1980’s style dress. I removed the sleeves and finished opening with black lace , created layered look and finished the edges with ivory vintage lace , then I made a little delicate lace finish on the front opening, too. The fabric of he dress made from quite stretchy black lace pattern; there is no zipper or closure needed. I also created one of a kind lace sash that tights up on the side in a generous bow . And this gorgeous handmade matching flower pin that i made from different lace textures – comes with the dress ! The dress size marked 12 , but you better take your own measurement , since this design is made from vintage dress and sizes more likely not accurate with now days measurements. Size more likely be suitable from Medium to Large. Just to make sure, check the exact measurements below, please.

Bust (armpit to armpit): 19 to 22 inches
Waist (laying flat): 17 to 20 inches
Hips (laying flat): 19 to 23 inches
Length (from shoulders to hem): 41 inches
